The Danish junior women took the gold

Denmark took the gold in the junior womens competition after an exremely exciting competition on Friday where the best of the best of the junior women in Europe competed. It is also clear that Sweden is back in game, the team did a fantastic job.

Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Norway and Great Britain qualified for the finals at the womens junior qualification competition on Wednesday.

The main rivals in the junior womens competition were Iceland, the reigning champion, Sweden and Denmark.

Denmark got the total score of 55,133; Sweden got 54,583 and Iceland got 53,050. Iceland did also a great job at the junior competition, however a few faults such as falls in the tumbling affectef there outcome.

Iceland was the reigning champion since the European Championship in Aarhus 2012. Denmark got the silver in 2012 and Sweden got the bronze.
